Timeline:

841: A Viking raid under Asgeir sacked and burned Rouen.
845: A large Viking fleet led by Ragnar (possibly Ragnar Lothbrok) besieged Paris. The city was eventually plundered after King Charles the Bald paid a substantial ransom.
Ragnelf is a very rich Gangrel Viking vampire, who is living in Poitiers. She is a trader and has holdings in many major cities, recently especially in the Hanseatic cities. She controls the market in France and Flanders where it concerns lumber.
She came over to France on a Dragon ship but after a while in France she moved on to more modern ships where it was easier to hide as a vampire. She was part of many Viking raids and enjoys fighting hand to hand, either in war or in a duel.
She has been to the Holy Land and Byzantium (Miklagaard) but religion does not mean much to her, she was there for business. She is a lapsed Asatru and does not hold much in religion. Below is the current ship she uses for herself, her trade ships are larger.
